- HOW DO I KNOW I AM ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND?


You are eligible for refund in the following cases:
You have bought the SIM fromⒸ Numberwale.com.
If You Don't Receive UPC (Unique Porting Code) within 24 working Hours of Purchase.
If Your Order is Cancelled. By Us for Any Reason.
- Occurring in our systems or issues after booking process.


- HOW MUCH OF THE AMOUNT PAID IS REFUNDED AFTER ORDER CANCELATION?


We have a 100% refund policy. Whatever you have paid for your VIP Number will be refunded if the order is cancelled



- What will happen if the porting request is rejected by the operator?


We will refund 100% amount in case your number porting request has been rejected by the operator, for any reason.



- How long will it take to process a refund?


Please allow 4-7 working days for your Refund to be processed. Incase Upc Shared it may take 10-15 working Days



- How can I place a refund request?


To place a refund request, you can share your details on email at support@numberwale.com or call at +91 9222 222 007.
If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 4 to 7 working days.
